Xverity co-founder and CEO Joe Cellucci said his company is negotiating contracts with providers of health and social services in several categories, including transportation, nutrition, medication fulfillment, home maintenance and repairs, technology assistance, companionship and personal services./ The Hub is powered by Xverity’s patented software platform and managed by what Cellucci called “High Touch Advocates” who oversee the personalization of HUB services to suit the patient’s needs./ The process begins with an initial assessment tool developed by Xverity incorporating both health and social needs as well as behavioral health condition.
